But if you want to see the world’s largest monk, then you’ll have to visit Hillsborough, California. These roadside displays seem like kitsch to most people. For a small town’s chamber of commerce, however, they’re a vital way of getting tourists to stop in their burg and drop a little cash in their coffers. Amy C.
