Trailerama: My Name is Khan

Shah Rukh Khan gets the heavyduty out. Not only does he play a Muslim with Asperger’s Syndrome, but he runs afoul of Homeland Security after moving to San Francisco. Bollywood doesn’t really do subtlety, which means there will be plenty of anger and tears before Khan clears his name. Even the trailer makes us kind of warm and fuzzy. Can’t really see an Asperger’s victim getting down to many musical numbers, though. Directed by Karan Johar (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham …) The songs are by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
